If you are in the market for a new home, I would highly recommend Pat to be your realtor. While you might consider working directly with your builder, the advantage of having a realtor who is working for you can't be underestimated. Pat worked with our builder to ensure that our construction was in accordance with our contract and helped make sure that our builder was progressing as promised.
